Privacy Policy

Updated: September 17, 2026

This policy describes data processing when you visit the AMP (American Mobile Proxy) website or contact support. It covers the website and correspondence with our team. Proxy rental and usage terms are agreed separately.

1. What data we receive

When visiting the site. The site has no registration, questionnaires or enquiry forms. When pages load, hosting servers and security systems may process technical details: IP address, request date and time, page address, browser and device information, referral source and connection errors. This data is needed to deliver pages, keep the site running reliably and protect it.

When contacting support. If you contact us by email or Telegram, we receive the information you send: name or username, contact address, message text and attachments. Do not send passwords or other details that are not needed to resolve your question.

Privacy settings. We save your cookie preferences on your device. This record is not used for advertising or to identify you.

2. Why data is used

  • To answer enquiries, help choose a connection and assist with setup.
  • To agree service terms at your request.
  • To operate the site, resolve errors and prevent abuse.
  • To remember your privacy settings.

Analytics and advertising tools are not currently enabled. Once added, their use will depend on the visitor's preferences.

3. Grounds for processing

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, processing may be based on your consent, the need to answer a service enquiry, fulfil agreements, keep the site secure or meet legal obligations. Optional analytics and advertising technologies run only after the relevant category is permitted.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising pixels

We plan to use tools for traffic analysis and advertising measurement. Once connected, they may process information about pages viewed, actions on the site, referral sources, browser, device and technical identifiers.

Before launching them, we will list the services and retention periods in our Cookie Policy, update the consent settings and ask for consent again. Rejecting optional technologies does not limit access to information or support.

5. Third-party services and recipients

Hosting, security infrastructure, email and communication providers may process technical data as needed to provide their services. The site's fonts load through Google Fonts; the browser sends technical request data, including the IP address, to that service when loading them.

Following a Telegram link opens a third-party service. Data processing there is governed by its own terms. The terms of the email service you use to send a message likewise apply.

Providers' infrastructure may be located in other countries. If that processing requires additional grounds or safeguards under applicable law, they must be in place before it begins. We do not sell visitors' data. Disclosure to authorities may occur when legally required.

6. Retention and security

Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve your inquiry, fulfill agreements and meet legal obligations. Technical records are retained for the periods infrastructure providers use to operate and protect the service. Contact support for details about a specific inquiry.

Cookie preferences are saved on your device for up to 180 days. You can change them or delete site data sooner. Only people who need to handle inquiries can access the correspondence. We take reasonable organizational and technical security measures.

7. Your options

You can request information about data processing, correction or deletion of information you provided, and withdraw consent. Requests are considered in line with applicable law, other people's rights and data retention obligations. We may ask for additional information only as needed to verify that the request relates to you.

To change your analytics and advertising preferences, click . Withdrawal applies going forward and does not invalidate processing lawfully carried out before it.

8. Policy changes

The current version is published on this page. If processing purposes or scope change significantly, we will update the information; if new consent is needed, we will request it before launching the relevant technologies.

9. Contact the administration

For privacy and data processing questions, email [email protected]. You can use “Privacy” as the email subject.

Analytics tools and advertising pixels are not currently enabled. Before adding them, we will update our Cookie Policy and ask for your consent again.
